Given :  A scheme has 45 Cr units issued and has a FV of Rs. 10

and NAV is at 11.13

To Find : unit capital (Rs. Cr)

(a) 500.85

(b) 50.85

(c) 950.85

(d) 450

Solution:

unit capital   = Share units * FV

FV = Face Value

Share units = 45 cr

FV = 10  Rs

=>  unit capital (Rs. Cr) = 45 * 10  = 450

option D is correct

Additional info :

AUM / Asset Under Management is the aggregate market value

AUM = Share units * NAV

NAV = Net asset Value

NAV = 11.13

AUM Value = 45 * 11.13 =  500.85 cr

unit capital (Rs. Cr) =  450

option d is correct
