Given:

The cost price of the watch = Rs. 680

Profit percentage = 35%

To find:

The selling price.

Solution:

We know that:

Selling price = Cost price + profit percentage

We know that the cost price of the watch is given as Rs. 680 and the profit percentage made by selling the watch is 35%.

On substituting the values in the formula, we get the following:

SP = 680 + 35% of 680

SP = 680 + 238

SP = Rs. 918

Thus, the selling price of the watch will be Rs. 918.
