círcuit and B is of a parallel círcuít. Do you agree with him? Give reasons to justify

Answer:
Rohan is saying opposite. A graph is of series and B graph is of parallel.
Explanation:
The slope of V-I graph gives resistance.
It is clear from the graph that slope of A is less than slope of B.
Hence, resistance of A is less than resistance of B.
Now, it is a fact that in series combination, the final resistance is higher than the individual highest resistance (if we combine 2 ohm and 3 ohm in series, the resultant will be 5 ohm, which is higher than individual 3 ohm also)........and in parallel combination, the final resistance is even less than individual lowest resistance (if we combine 2 ohm and 3 ohm in parallel, the final resistance is 1.2 ohm, which is less than individual 2 ohm also) .
U can come to this conclusion directly also by analysing the mathematical formulas of equivalent resistance across series and parallel combination.
Now back to the question.....If A is having less resistance than B...for same number of same resistors in both cases....then A must be of parallel and B must be of series combination.
