Answer:

1. Renewable resources are resources which can be used again and again and which do not replenish from our nature example : water ,sunlight

on the other hand Non - renewable resources are

which cannot be used again and again and can replenish from our nature examples:

fossil fuels

2. Fossil fuels are non renewable resources of energy which are found inside the earth 's crust

They are formed by the decaying matter of animals who died and got burried millions of years ago .

3. Fossil fuels are non renewable resources which means they can replenish from our nature and to

form again they 'll take many years that is why wise use of fossil fuels is suggested.

4 . Coke is a blakish grey form of coal which has great ammount of carbon in it. It gives a great deal of energy. Now coke is formed by destructive distillation of coal , in this process coal is burnt in absence of oxygen.

5. Natural gas is also a fossil fuel it is found above the petroleum in petroleum wells .

Its advantages are :

  • it is cheaper than other fuels
  • it provides us with good deal of energy
  • It is present in sufficient ammounts so it will eventually help in preserving other fossil fuels

6. Increase in population will cause increase in energy consumption as more people will require more electricity ,more vehicles etc. These are few reasons for Rapid growth in energy consumption

7 .Fossil fuels are nowdays used everywhere and

are used by everyone this is important source of energy as it provides us with great deal of energy

and some of them do it in very little ammounts.

8. Main purpose of petroleum refining is to seperate out each and every useful part of petroleum which initially is crude oil . Refining of this petroleum provides us with many fossil fuel such as petrol ,disel, gas etc.
