I don't agree due to the following points.

1. Most of the water on earth is saline.

2. Only 15% of Earth's. water is pure.

3. In that 15% pure water, 60% are in the form of glaciers,

38% are groundwater, only 2% of water is usable.

4. In that 2% of potable water, 40% is used for agriculture,

27% are used for industrial work, and 43 % for other works.

For this reasons I don't agree that we cannot have water scarcity.
