Given ratio= 2:3:4:1

Let the angles of the quadrilateral be 2x, 3x, 4x and x.

2x + 3x + 4x + x =  {360}^{o} (sum \: of \: angles \: of \: a \: quadrilateral)

or \:  \: 10x =  {360}^{o}

or \:  \: x =  \frac{360}{10}  \\ x =  {36}^{o}

2x =  {72}^{o}  \\ 3x =  {108}^{o}  \\ 4x =  {144}^{o}  \\ x =  {36}^{o}
