1. Mainframe computers are powerful computers with large memory and fast processors used by bigger organizations. They can process billion of mathematical calculations in a very short span of time. PARAM YUVA- II is a supercomputer developed by India.
2. Supercomputers are the fastest and most powerful computers. They work on the highest level of automation and are mostly used for scientific purposes, weather forecasting, satellite launching, and a high level of machine learning. CRAY-I was the world's first supercomputer installed at Los Alamos National Laboratory in 1976.
3. It is true that  Data processing is ultra-fast in supercomputers.
4. In the third generation of computers, vacuum tubes were replaced by transistors because Vaccum tubes were huge in size which increase the weight and space taken by the system while transistors were lightweight and required less space.
