as we all know that sheets provide us with the wool that is very useful to us and we have to take out the hair of the Sheep someday so if we remove the hair of the Sheep in winters the Sheep wouldn't be able to survive and even the killer between the hare and the skin of the sheep comes in summers does the hair is removed in summers and there is no danger to the Sheep too
