Water cannot put off fire produced due to burning petrol and oil because water is heavier than oil.

During normal instance when pour water in oil the oil floats and the water goes down
Same as this when we pour water in burning oil the oil comes up and the contact with oxygen is cut . Please mark me as brainliest
