ANSWER:

   The traveler describes the statue that its legs were fallen apart. Its face looked arrogant. The traveler even saw a board near the ground on which it was written ‘My name is Ozymandias’. King of kings. Look at my works, ye mighty and despair’.

  The traveler saw these and realized that not everything would live long. There is a time when everything will come to an end. He king was once a legend but now there may be none knowing him. He understands that not everything is eternal.

Explanation:There were 2 legs with no face and beside the legs lies a broken and eroded face .The statue has faded over time as a result of erosion . His face showed wrinkled lip and a sneer of cold command.
