March speech was recognised as documentary  heritage as it focused on Bangabandhu Sheikh and the liberation war.

  • A list of documents retaining global importance is the Memory of the World International Registry. It is established to ensure that documentary heritage is preserved and available in distinct parts of the world.
  • The document must equally satisfy UNESCO on having enormous importance and world's documentary heritage part.
  • Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman was included in the International Register of world memory. The 7th eloquent speech was unanimously declared as historical documentary to recognise Father of the nation and the glorious Liberation War.
  • Furthermore, the speech was recommended for an inscription in the register and continues to captivate and inspire Bangladeshi citizens for subsequent generations.
