Self-help means using one's own power to get success in life. Success in life is decided
by all few attain it. The reason is that success does not come itself. It is the reward
of honesty and hard work. The key to success is in our own hands. If we cultivate
self-help without depending on others to help us, we may reasonably hope to succeed
in life. If we read the life history of great men we shall find that most of them
were self-made. They got success with their own efforts. So self help is the key to
success in life.​
