Answer:

The anwser is 2 (C2H6) + 7(O2) =4 (CO2) + 6 ( H2O)

left side :

C=4 , H= 12, O=14

right side :

C=4 , H= 12, O=14

hope its helpfull

C2H6+O2--->H2O+CO balance with steps

\large\bf\underline\red{Answer \:  :- }

Given chemical equation

\sf{C_2H_6 + O_2 \longrightarrow H_2O + CO}

How to balance

  • First balance metals for example Ag, K, Mg, Al..etc.
  • Then balance non metals for example Halogen, Nitrogen, Carbon, Sulphur,..etc.
  • Balance oxygen.
  • Balance Hydrogen.

Step 1

First Balance Metals

In the chemical equation their are no metals

Step 2

Now Balance Non metals

In the chemical equation their are 1 non metals which is Carbon.

In the left side

Carbon - 2

In the right side

Carbon - 1

After Balancing carbon in product equation will be

\sf{C_2H_6 + O_2 \longrightarrow H_2O + 2CO}

Step 3

Balance Oxygen

In the left side

Oxygen - 2

In the right side

Oxygen - 2

The oxygen is already balanced

Step 4

Balance Hydrogen

In the left side

Hydrogen - 6

In the right side

Hydrogen - 2

After Balance Hydrogen the chemical equation will be

\sf{C_2H_6 + O_2 \longrightarrow 3H_2O + 2CO }

After balancing Hydrogen in the product Oxygen will be unbalanced

Now again balance oxygen

In the left side

Oxygen - 2

In the right side

Oxygen - 6

After balancing Oxygen equation will be

</p><p>\sf{C_2H_6 + 3O_2  \longrightarrow3H_2O + 2CO }

Balanced Equation
