ANSWER

cylindrical bucket's diameter= 28 cm, radius=14cm

height=72 cm

rectangular tank's length =66 cm

breadth= 28 cm

as per question,

volume of water in cylindrical bucket=volume of water in rectangular tank

GivEn :-

  • A Cylindrical Bucket of diameter 28cm and Height = 12 cm

  • A rectangular tub of length = 66cm and Breadth = 28cm,

To FinD :-

  • The Height of water risses in the bucket.

CalculaTioN :-

First let us find the volume of the cylindrical Bucket.

Volume of Cylindrical Bucket

  • Radius = diameter / 2 = 28/2 = 14 cm.

  • Volume of bucket = ør²h

  • Volume = 22/7 x 14 x 14 x 12 = 7392 cm³

Now

Finding the Volume of Rectangular Tub.

  • Volume = Length x Breadth x Height.

  • Volume = 66 x 28 x height

  • 7392 = 1848 x h

  • height = 7392/1848

 \boxed{ \bold{ \red{★Hence \: Height = 4cm}{} }{} }{}

Hence the water risses 4 cm
