Answer:In my point of view CAA is very neccessary for thise who were left behind in partision.

CAA says that it will provide Indian Citizenship to those who are facing persecution in Pakistan;Afghanistan;Bangladesh i.e Hindu Sikh Jain Christain Parsi etc

WHY MUSLIMS AREN'T INCLUDED?

- The reason behind it is that All those three countries are DECLARED ISLAMIC STATE so Its not possible that Muslim face persecution in these countries.

Then we come to the riots- The Riots are happening only due to people like- Sharjeel Imam Kapil Mishra Pravesh Verma Swara bhaskar Rubbish Kumar etc

So in my views its NECCESARY

from my point of view the decision making of NRC and CAA was right my points are given below.....
