Election of members of Constituent Assembly indirectly by the public. 4. One member of Constituent Assembly will be elected on 10 lakh population 5. There will be total 389 members in Constituent Assembly out of which 296 members will be elected and 93 will be nominated. It consisted of 14 members from Rajasthan.
