To solve this question we need to know one concept - Mole concept

n = Given Mass/Molar mass                        [Where 'n' is number of moles]

Therefore, n = 4/16 = 0.25

Hence, 0.25 mol of O atoms are present.

Therefore, number of oxygen atoms = Nₐ * 0.25

                                                             = 6.023 * 10²³ * 0.25

                                                             = 150.575 * 10²¹

                                                             = 1.50 * 10²³ (approx)

Since each O atom has 8 electrons, 1.50 * 10²³ O atoms will have 8 * 1.50 * 10²³ electrons

That is equal to : 12 * 10²³ electrons = 1.2 * 10²⁴ electrons.

Hope this helps!
