Calcium is mineral that is vital for bone growth and development.

The nutritional value of calcium per 100 gram of the food grains is as follows

1. Bajra (also called pearl millet)  - 8 mg

2. Maize                                         - 2 mg

3. Sorghum                                    - 28 mg

4. Wheat                                        - 29 mg

So among wheat, bajra, sorghum and maize, wheat seem to posses highest calcium content.
