Calcium is more metallic than magnesium and beryllium.why?

because calcium has 2 valence electrons but magnesium has 2 . so calcium can donate it's electrons faster than that of mg and be so calcium is more metallic

calcium has biger size as compared to otherthats why magnesium and barillium are less metellic and magnisium is more matellic
