In question we observe that

every two term on calculation give -1

that is

1- 2= -1

3 - 4 = -1

5 - 6 = -1

178 - 179 = -1

so

total number of term = 180

so

total number of -1 we get= 180/2 = 90.

so result is = 90*(-1)= -90
