4 \sqrt{4 \times 7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  = 4 \times 2 \sqrt{7}  - 3 \sqrt{7}  = 8 \sqrt{7 }  - 3 \sqrt{7}  \\  = 5 \sqrt{7}
