(997)Square = (1000-3)whole square 
                     = 1000 square-2(1000)(3)+3 square
                     = 1000000-6000+9
                     = 994009
by the identity (a-b)whole square .

                     1000 square -2(1000*3) + 3 square
                      1000000-2(3000)+9
                      1000000-6000+9
                       994009
