Calculate all the angles of a quadrilateral if they are in the ratio 2:5:4:1.

Given :-

Ratio of angle of Quadrilateral = 2:5:4:1

To Find :-

Calculate all angle of Quadrilateral

Formula used here :-

Sum of all angle of Quadrilateral = 360°

Solution :-

  • Let angle 1st = 2x
  • Let angle 2nd = 5x
  • Let angle 3rd = 4x
  • Let angle 4th = 1x

Sum of all angle of Quadrilateral = 360°

2x + 5x + 4x + 1x = 360°

12x = 360°

x = 360/12

x = 30

Put the value of x = 30 in given angle

Angle 1st = 2x = 2 × 30 = 60°

Angle 2nd = 5x = 5 × 30 = 150°

Angle 3rd = 4x = 4 × 30 = 120°

Angle 4th = 1x = 1 × 30 = 30°

Therefore, the given angles are :-

60° , 150° , 120° , 30°
