Calculate area of irregular polygon from perimeter

That's not enough information to calculate the area.

For example, consider a square with perimeter 4.  It has area 1.

Now consider pushing the sides of the square over to form a rhombus.  The perimeter remains 4, but the area gets smaller and smaller.  We can make it as close to 0 as we like if we push far enough.

So just knowing the perimeter, we can't know the area.
