Solution:

Using the formula for -

GNP(MP)  = NDP(FC) + depreciation + net indirect taxes – net factor income to abroad

Calculating NDP(FC) - Rent + Dividend + Mixed income + Susidies + Savings + COE + CT

NDP(FC) = 250 + 220 + 120 + 200 + 100 + 500 + 400

NDP(FC) = 1790

Calculating GNP at MP -

GNP (MP) = NDP + Interest + ( Factor income from Abroad - Factor income to abroad)

GNP(MP) = 1790 + 100 + 70

GNP(MP) = 1960 crore.
