Calculate % concentration 10g sugar dissolving in 90g of water to form sugar solution

Ans is 10%

Explanation:

total solution weight =weight of solute +weight of solvent.

so total solution weight is 100g

Concentration of sugar in sugar solution is =(weight of solute/weight of solution)*100

=(10/100)*100 Note:100 100 will get cancelled

=10%
