De Broglie's Wave length λ = h / p,   where p = the momentum of the electron

  λ = 6.626 * 10⁻³⁴ J . s / (9.109 * 10⁻³¹ kg * 3 * 10⁶ m/s)
      = 2.425 * 10⁻⁹ meters

frequency = speed of light / wavelength = 3 * 10⁸ m/s  / 4000 * 10⁻¹° m
         = 7.50 * 10¹³ Hertz
