first write whats given
V= 100volts
m= 6.64×10^-27
q= 3.2 × 10^-19

then apply formula of de broglie wavelength containing potential

lambda= h/sq.root (2mqV)

put value of V

u know value of m q V.... h= planck constant =6.6×10^-34

thats how u get lambda( debroglie wavelength)
