Solution:-

area of the shaded part: area of outer circle- inner circle

area of the outer circle

=\pi  \:  {r}^{2}  \\  = \frac{22}{7} \times  14 \times 14 = 616 {cm}^{2}

area of the inner circle:-

=\pi \:  {r}^{2}  =  \frac{22}{7}  \times 7 \times 7 = 154 {cm}^{2}

so area of the shaded region = 616-154

area of the shaded region \mathbb{\boxed{\purple {=462\:cm^2}}}
