Given,

Resistor (R1) = 4ohm

Resistor (R2) = 8ohm

Resistor (R3) = 8ohm

To find:-

Equavelent resistance

We know that resistor (R2) and resistor (R3) are in parallel

So, Req = 1/R1+1/R2

= 1/8+1/8

= 4ohm

Now resistor R1 and resistor R2 are in series

So, Req = R1+R2

= 4+4

= 8ohm.
