Formula Unit Mass:-

since it is mass of empirical formula

and the empirical formula of glucose is CH2O

it formula unit mass will be

 1x12 + 2x1 + 1x16

=12+2+16     =30u

molar mass will be the mass of the substance in grams

it will be

6x12 + 12x1 + 6x16

=72+12+96

=180g

hope it helps :-)
