0.46 × 10^6 is the answer .

As we know frequency = f

wavelength = lambda

speed of light = c which is equal to 3×10^8 m/s

f = c/lambda

f = 3×10^8/6.50× 10²

By solving we get

f = 0.46 ×10² per sec
