Explanation:

Molecular mass of CaCO3= 40 +12+(16×3)

=100g

CaCO3(by heating)----->CaO+Co2

therefore 1 mole of CaCO3 gives 1 mole of CaO

so 8 mole of CaCO3 gives 8 mole of CaO

1mole of CaO = 40+16 =56g

8 moles of CaO=8×56 = 448g

so 448g of CaO can be obtained by heating 8 moles of CaCO3.
