you may try this in two ways :->
first at the given amount
formula :- amount (in question) × rate /100 × 2.5
if a partner withdraws at beginning of each quarter then use 2.5 months DON'T WRITE IN DENOMINATOR
.
3000×10/100×2.5 = 750
second at total amount
formula :- total amount × rate /100 × 7.5/12
if you are using this method then you should have to take 12 months
= (3000×4) ×10/100×7.5/12 = 750
.
