Answer:

The units of (electrical) current is the Ampere (or milliampere, etc). Its magnitude can be measured or calculated buy measuring the voltage of a resistor in the circuit. Then the calculation: A = E/R, where A is the current, E is the voltage drop across the resistor and R is the value of the resistor in Ohms.
