Answer:m mass of Fe2SO4.7H2O= 278g.

In 278g Fe=1g

If 278 g is added to 100kg wheat concentration is 1 part per hundred thousand.

If 27.8g is added concentration is 10ppm. Thus 27.8 is the right answer.
