firstly, your avogadro's number is wrong. the correct value is 6.022*10^23.

secondly, if u want to calculate amu of oxygen atom u dont need aogadro's number.

The amu of Oxygen atom is 16 amu or 16 mol.

if u want the particles only then you use avogadros number.
