molality = no. of moles of solute/weight of solvent(in kg)
no. of moles = given mass / molar mass = 3/180 = 1/60moles
weight of solvent in kg = 30/1000 = 3/100 kg
therefore,
molality = (1/60)/(3/100) = 1/60*100/3 = 10/18 = 0.56 molal
