Atomic mass of H = 1.001 u
Atomic mass of N = 14.01 u
Atomic mass of O = 16.0 u
Hence, molar mass of HNO3 will be:-
(1 \times 1.001)+(1 \times 14.01)+(3 \times 16.0)=63.01 \ u

Heya mate here is your answer :
Mass Of hydrogen = 1
Mass of Nitrogen = 14
Mass of oxygen = 16
So, Molecular mass of HNO3 = 1 + 14 + 16 * 3
= 63 g/mol.
