The molecular formula for nitric acid is HNO3
The molecular mass of hydrogen  = 1 a.m.u
The molecular mass of nitrogen = 14 a.m.u
The molecular mass of oxygen = 16*3 = 48 a.m.u

The molecular mass of nitric acid = molecular mass of hydrogen + molecular mass of nitrogen + molecular mass of oxygen present in it.

Therefore
The molecular mass of nitric acid = 1 + 14 + 48 = 63 a.m.u
