Calculate molecular mass of the following
Atomic mass (N=14 H=1 C=12 0=16)
a. (NH2)2CO
b. CH3CONH2​

✏️ Answer :-

Molecular masses –

• (NH2)2CO = 60 gm/mole .

• CH3CONH2 = 59.0672 gm/mole.

✏️ Explanation :-

Molar mass of (NH2)2CO

= 2 × (14 + 2) + 12 + 16

= 60 gm/mole.

Molar mass of CH3CONH2

= 12 + 3 + 12 + 16 + 14 + 1 × 2

= 59.0672 gm/mole.
