Calculate moles in 125gm of calcium carbonate

Mass of CaCo₃=100g

w.k.t 100g of CaCo₃ contains 1 mole of particle,

thus, by unitary method,

moles in 125g of CaCo₃ = 125÷100 moles ⇒1.25 moles

∴ number of moles in 125g of CaCo₃ is 1.25.
