Moment = Force X Perpendicular distance

CW moment = 50*5 + 30*4 = 370 Nm

CCW moment = 80*3 + 20*1 = 280 Nm

Total moment = CW - CCW = 370-280 = 90 Nm in clockwise direction

Note that 200 N force doesn't produce any moment because it's perpendicular distance from axis of rotation is zero.
