Given mass of o2=88g

Molar mass of oxygen = 2*16 = 32  grams

\rule{200}{2}

Number of moles is equal to :-

moles=\dfrac{mass\:given}{molar\:mass}

Thus,

Number of moles of O2 will be :-

Moles=\dfrac{88}{32}\\ \\ \\moles=2.75\:Moles

\rule{200}{2}

we know that :-

1\:Mole=N_A\:molecules

hence;

Molecules of O2 given will be :-

=2.75*N_A

where:-

N_A=AVOGADRO'S\:NUMBER\\ \\ \\N_A=6.022*10^{23}

\rule{200}{2}

1 molecule of O2 has 2 atoms

Thus ,

Total Number of atoms of O given will be :-

=2.75*N_A*2\\ \\ \\=5.5N_A\:Atoms

where:-

N_A=6.022*10^{23}

\rule{200}{2}
