we know that,
1kw=1000w
1hr=3600sec
so,
1kwh=1000w×3600sec
1kwh=1000j/1sec×3600sec ( 1w = 1j / 1s )
1kwh=3600000j
1kwh=3.6×10^6 joule

1 kwh=1kw*1h

=(1000w)*(60*60s)

=36,00,000J

=3.6*10^6J
