Mole concept:

1 mole= 22.4 L= 6.022×10^23 molecules.

22.4 L of water contains 6.022×10^23 molecules.
22400 mL of water contains 6.022×10^23 molecules.

Therefore, 1 mL of water will contain
6.022×10^23
------------------- molecules.
22400

= 0.268 × 10^20 molecules
= 2.68 × 10^19 molecules.

Hope! This will help you :)
