Answer:

1 mole of Ca3(PO4)2 has 8 moles of oxygen, so for 0.25 mole of atomic oxygen you need (0.25/8 =) 0.03125 mole of the compound.

Answer:

8 moles of Oxygen = 1 mole of Ca3(PO4)2

1 mole of Oxygen = 1/8 mole of Ca3(PO4)2

then 0.04 mole of oxygen = 1/8 * 0.04

= 0.005 mole

this ans is totally correct....no defects in it
