Given mass is 9.5g

Number of moles = 9.5/95 = 0.1

1 mole contains 6 * 10^23 components

(In this case, ions)

0.1 moles contain 6 * 10^22 ions

But each ion has 50 electrons (15+32+3)

Thus total electrons in 9.5 g of (PO4)3- is (6*10^22)*50

= 3*10^24 electrons.
