Oxygen atomic weight = 16 gram / mole

Oxygen molecular weight = 32 gram /mole

So , number of mole in 48 gram O2 = 48/32=1.5

1 mole = 6.023 ×10^23 molecules/atoms/ions

Therefore number of molecules in 48gram O2 = 1.5×6.023×10^23 =9.0355×10^23

If one want to calculate number of atom in 48 gram O2 i.e. 2×9.0355×10^23 (1molecular oxygen contain 2 atomic oxygen)

No of proton/neutron/electron in 1 Oxygen atom =8

So , number of proton/neutron/electron in 48 gram O2 = 8 ×number of oxygen atom= 8 ×2×9.0355×10^23
