ΠV = nRT

Π is the osmotic pressure in atm,

R = universal gas constant = 0.0821 L·atm/mol·K

T = absolute temperature in Kelvin.

ΠV = (w/m) RT

Π × 1 = (6/60) × 0.0821 × 300

Π = 4.105 atm

Osmotic pressure of the solution having 6g urea(molar mass 60) dissolved in 1L water is 4.105 atm.
